Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately input and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.
- Meet daily and monthly performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 40+ WPM).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time shifts.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
