Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues efficiently
- Document all interactions in CRM system while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
