- Verify and reconcile discrepancies in financial records using Excel
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review
- Adhere to SOX compliance protocols and data security standards
- Collaborate with accounting team to resolve data inconsistencies
- Train on proprietary financial software and internal systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- 10-key typing speed of 8,000+ KPH with 98% accuracy
- Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
- Familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Salesforce, QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Basic knowledge of SOX compliance standards
