Responsibilities
- Resolve customer payment inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Process daily payment transactions with 99% accuracy
- Document cases in CRM system and escalate complex issues
- Collaborate with finance team to reconcile daily transactions
- Train on proprietary daily pay software (2-week paid training)
- Maintain PCI compliance standards for sensitive data
- Meet daily KPIs for response time and resolution rate
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in fintech or SaaS
- Proficient in payment processing systems (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Own reliable transportation for downtown Austin commute
