Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for internal and external clients.Manage and resolve technical tickets efficiently using our CRM software.Collaborate with the engineering team to document and resolve complex issues.Conduct onboarding sessions for new team members and clients.Maintain accurate records of all technical interactions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, immediate-hire environment.
