Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM database.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Collaborate with the internal team to escalate complex issues and share feedback.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree is a plus.
