- Process Orders: Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining strict data integrity.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain customer records in our CRM system to track interactions and preferences.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot product issues and collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on our products and services to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to management to help improve our services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polite demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer operations.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to think critically and resolve complex issues under pressure.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
