Responsibilities
- Design and deploy next-gen neural-quantum hybrid computing architectures
- Lead development of empathetic AI systems with advanced emotional intelligence
- Create ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making in high-stakes environments
- Develop generative AI models capable of true human-level creativity
- Architect cross-reality interfaces bridging physical and digital domains
- Pioneer quantum-resistant encryption protocols for 2030-scale networks
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of bioengineers and cognitive scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cognitive AI, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine interfaces or quantum AI
- Expertise in neuromorphic computing and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating creation of transformative AI systems with real-world impact
- Mastery of Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
