Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI product strategy for the 2026 horizon.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Agentic AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and designers.
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for stakeholders.
- Identify emerging AI trends and integrate them into our core product suite.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring high market fit.
- Mentor a team of product managers and engineers to foster innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within AI/ML or Deep Tech.
- Proven track record of shipping scalable software products.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative architectures.
- Strong background in strategic planning and roadmap management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business gaps.
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
