Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 AI strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead quantum-AI integration projects with R&D teams to accelerate breakthrough innovations
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with evolving regulations
- Collaborate with product teams to embed predictive analytics into customer solutions
- Represent company at industry forums and shape thought leadership on AI's future trajectory
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging AI methodologies and implementation best practices
- Analyze competitive landscape and identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing applications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record of implementing enterprise AI solutions generating >$100M revenue
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals and hybrid AI architectures
- Published research or patents in predictive modeling or ethical AI frameworks
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology trends (neuromorphic computing, AGI alignment, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical, business, and regulatory domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
- Experience building and scaling high-performing AI innovation teams
