Responsibilities
- Design next-gen quantum-enhanced neural networks for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Publish 3+ groundbreaking papers at top-tier AI/quantum conferences
- Architect patent-pending federated learning protocols
- Develop real-time anomaly detection systems for autonomous infrastructure
- Mentor PhD candidates in our AI-accelerator program

Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Quantum Computing or equivalent research experience
- 5+ years implementing transformer architectures at scale
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven grant-writing success with DARPA/NSF
- Proficiency in PyTorch 2.0+ and quantum simulators
- Security clearance preferred for government projects
