Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for quantum computing optimization
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical algorithm development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy prototypes in production environments
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) and secure patents
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through internal hackathons

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in applied ML research with proven track record of publications
