This role sits at the intersection of technology foresight, ethical governance, and strategic implementation, requiring visionary thinking to navigate emerging paradigms in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and autonomous systems.
As a key member of our Future Strategy Division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, industry disruptors, and government think tanks to develop frameworks that ensure technological advancement serves humanity's best interests. You'll influence policy development, lead cross-functional innovation sprints, and pioneer methodologies for responsible AI adoption in critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for quantum-encrypted autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with NASA, MIT, and World Economic Forum partners
- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance for neural interface technologies
- Pioneer human-centered design methodologies for symbiotic AI-human workflows
- Present strategic foresight findings at Davos and UN Technology Summits
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Nexus Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futurology, Cognitive Science, or AI Ethics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 tech or aerospace
- Published research on AI existential risk mitigation (top-tier journals)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing and neuromorphic architectures
- Certification in Global Futures & Foresight (GFF) or equivalent
- Experience advising UN/WHO on AI policy development
- Portfolio of implemented ethical AI frameworks in production systems
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish (for global collaboration)
