As a pivotal member of our Innovation Nexus team, you'll collaborate with quantum computing pioneers, neuroscientists, and policy architects to design AI frameworks that balance exponential growth with human-centric values. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks for the next generation of intelligent systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI strategy roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with global technological trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging AI applications in healthcare, climate, and autonomy
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise transformation initiatives
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on AI ethics, AGI governance, and human-AI symbiosis
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio focused on next-gen AI research and implementation
- Represent the company at global tech forums (Davos, Web Summit, etc.) on future AI policy
- Mentor AI ethics task force and shape industry-wide responsible AI standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with proven impact on enterprise transformation
- Published research in top-tier journals on AI ethics, AGI, or cognitive computing
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 tech or biotech companies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and synthetic biology
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
