Qualifications

- Proven track record in scaling AI systems from prototype to production
- Expertise in predictive modeling for technology adoption curves
- Experience with global AI policy frameworks (OECD, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing APIs
