Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Identify emerging AI trends (e.g., generative AI, edge computing) and integrate them into the company's long-term strategic vision.
- Technical Leadership: Architect scalable AI solutions and oversee the R&D pipeline to ensure technical excellence and feasibility.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives and clients, to drive buy-in.
- Talent Development: Mentor and grow a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers.
- Partnerships: Evaluate and establish partnerships with academic institutions and technology vendors to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
