Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade data volumes.
- Lead the strategic integration of Generative AI and LLMs into our core product offerings.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented data scientists and software engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for the AI department, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Design to deliver seamless AI experiences.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance tuning to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
