Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global research labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present future scenarios to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Drive patent development for emerging AI applications and sustainable tech solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML, R&D, or strategic innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
