Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network infrastructures for production environments.
- Lead the R&D strategy for 2026 AI roadmaps, identifying emerging technologies like Neuro-Symbolic AI.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and throughput for edge and cloud deployments.
- Ensure AI systems are explainable, fair, and compliant with global ethical standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), Transformers, and Generative AI models.
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
