We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Research Engineer to lead our core algorithms team. You will be responsible for designing the neural architectures that power our autonomous systems. Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for multimodal reasoning and autonomous decision-making.
- Lead the training and optimization of massive-scale foundation models.
- Conduct rigorous research to validate new algorithms and publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML).
- Collaborate with our hardware engineering team to optimize inference on next-generation edge devices.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor junior researchers within the 2026 Initiative.
- Debug complex distributed training pipelines and resolve scalability bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and C++.
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead research projects from conception to publication.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
