Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record shipping production AI systems at scale (GPT-4 level or equivalent)
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and neuromorphic hardware
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, safety alignment, and existential risk mitigation
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ engineers across 3+ continents
