Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments on machine learning models
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations in design sprints
- Produce whitepapers and policy recommendations for regulatory bodies
- Lead stakeholder workshops on ethical AI adoption with industry leaders
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI deployment and mitigation strategies
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory hearings
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, algorithmic governance, or responsible AI
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across diverse cultural contexts
- Published work in AI ethics or related journals preferred
- Strong background in at least one ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
