- Create regulatory compliance strategies for evolving federal AI legislation
- Author thought leadership on emerging ethical dilemmas in generative AI
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance across product lifecycle
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible AI implementation
- Published research in algorithmic bias mitigation or machine learning ethics
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and US federal AI regulations
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI auditing tools development
- Certification in Responsible AI from recognized institutions
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI policy
