Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI development with engineers and product managers
- Represent the company at global ethics summits and contribute to industry whitepapers
- Monitor emerging AI risks and propose mitigation strategies for quantum-enhanced algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with focus on AI governance
- 5+ years developing ethical frameworks for large-scale AI systems
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory landscapes
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience working with quantum computing teams on ethical AI integration
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI from recognized institutions
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
