Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for advanced ML models using proprietary evaluation tools
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Represent the company in international AI ethics forums and contribute to industry best practices
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on ethical AI implementation strategies
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and track compliance through our proprietary dashboard
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale ML systems
- Proven track record influencing AI policy development at enterprise or governmental levels
- Strong understanding of international AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts
- Experience with adversarial testing and red-teaming methodologies
