Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop transparency protocols for algorithmic decision-making processes
- Partner with product teams to integrate ethical safeguards into AI products
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for regulatory compliance
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Monitor emerging AI ethics research and translate findings into actionable guidelines
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics-focused technology roles
- Expertise in bias detection tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible AI frameworks
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis for bias quantification
