You'll collaborate with top-tier engineers, data scientists, and policy experts to create actionable ethical guidelines that balance innovation with accountability.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Develop policy documentation for regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on ethical AI principles
- Monitor emerging AI risks and update governance protocols quarterly
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and industry coalitions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, risk management, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act requirements
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience developing organizational AI ethics policies and review boards
- Strong background in privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data protection
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
