Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (2026 standards)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI products
- Lead stakeholder engagements on AI ethics with industry partners and regulators
- Create transparency reports documenting AI decision-making processes
- Research evolving ethical challenges in quantum computing and biometric AI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Strong background in machine learning model development and deployment
- Exceptional analytical skills for complex ethical scenario analysis
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
- Published work in AI ethics or technology policy preferred
