Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable quantum computing algorithms designed to solve complex optimization problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into real-time enterprise systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies in quantum mechanics and artificial intelligence.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML and quantum computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Azure Quantum.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
