Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of the 2026 GenAI stack, focusing on scalability, low-latency inference, and energy efficiency.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to enhance model reasoning, hallucination reduction, and factual accuracy.
- Optimize existing models for real-time deployment across cloud and edge environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI deployment frameworks.
- mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
