Responsibilities
- Develop and implement bias detection algorithms for machine learning pipelines
- Establish governance frameworks for generative AI deployment across enterprise systems
- Conduct ethical audits of AI decision-making systems using explainable AI techniques
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with emerging AI regulations
- Create transparency protocols for autonomous system decision-making processes
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Monitor global AI policy developments and advise internal strategy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong understanding of machine learning model architectures and limitations
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CEGAI, CDMP)
- Experience with bias assessment tools (AIF360, IBM Fairness 360)
- Exceptional written communication for technical and non-technical audiences
