Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms and protocols
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (superconducting, photonic, topological)
- Optimize quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Develop security frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption
- Present strategic quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum computing or high-performance architecture
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum journals
- Strong background in distributed systems and parallel computing
