Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in future tech planning
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise level
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
