Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-level machine learning systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across predictive models and generative AI
- Develop compliance protocols for evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment with engineers, legal, and product teams
- Author transparency reports documenting AI decision-making processes
- Research emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ML fairness, or tech ethics roles
- Expertise in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience developing ethical AI guidelines for autonomous systems
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible AI journals preferred
