Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with C-suite executives and external regulators
- Develop audit protocols for algorithmic bias mitigation and compliance with emerging AI regulations
- Conduct ethical impact assessments for generative AI and neural network deployments
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and policy discussions
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-level AI ethics frameworks
- Expertise in regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and generative AI limitations
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAG, AIGP) preferred
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies or congressional committees
