Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentation materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist with expense reporting, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Maintain office inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Support the executive team with ad-hoc projects and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
