Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare and distribute accurate meeting materials, reports, and confidential documents
- Coordinate office operations including inventory management, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Support departmental projects through data entry, report compilation, and presentation preparation

Qualifications
