Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders with accuracy
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including logistics and catering
- Support onboarding processes for new team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in professional settings
