Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory and vendor management
- Support event planning and meeting logistics for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidential records and ensure data accuracy in organizational systems
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire orientation materials
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's preferred
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
