- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and events
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems (physical/digital)
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 3+ years administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
