- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and document management
- Oversee office inventory, vendor contracts, and expense reporting
- Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Lead onboarding processes and new hire orientation
- Implement office efficiency improvements using MS Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years administrative experience in corporate or tech environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven experience managing executive schedules
- Ability to multitask in deadline-driven settings
- Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
