- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meeting logistics
- Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and sensitive information with discretion
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation accurately
- Oversee office inventory, procurement, and vendor relationship management
- Support onboarding processes and new hire orientation coordination
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, and communications using MS Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business administration
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
