Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, climate tech, and next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused solutions into current development cycles
- Present strategic visions to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in emerging technology or futures research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, circular economy models, or quantum computing applications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across 3+ continents
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS from APF) preferred
