Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or systems architecture with future-focused projects
- Expertise in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and urban digital transformation
- Proven track record of scaling complex tech initiatives to $50M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Architecture (preferred)
