Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CIO roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps (minimum 5-year horizon)
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging tech ecosystems
- Experience scaling technology infrastructure in high-growth environments
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Certifications in emerging technologies or strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF)
