Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or nanotech
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Strong background in ethical technology governance frameworks
