Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable impact milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing solutions for real-world applications
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems governance
- Partner with academic institutions to shape next-gen STEM curricula and talent pipelines
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant proposals
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market deployment
- Expertise in quantum computing architecture, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech
