Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Emerging Technology (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading R&D initiatives in at least two of these domains: AI, quantum computing, neurotech
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technology applications
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit modeling (Qiskit)
- Experience with federated learning and decentralized AI architectures
- Deep understanding of ISO 21434 cybersecurity standards for 2026 compliance
- Track record of scaling technology teams from prototype to production
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global partnerships
