Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to anticipate market disruptions and competitive threats
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology investments and measure ROI against industry benchmarks
- Build and maintain a global network of academic, startup, and industry innovation partners
- Present strategic findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in technology forecasting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario modeling and market analysis
- Strong executive communication abilities with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization or innovation leadership
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFSF) preferred
