As a key member of our Strategic Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global partners to identify disruptive opportunities. You'll develop actionable roadmaps for quantum computing integration, AI autonomy frameworks, and sustainable tech ecosystems while ensuring alignment with our ESG commitments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop and present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct scenario planning for technology disruption and market evolution
- Present annual technology forecasts to industry forums and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
